The Problem
Traditional web monitoring tools (pinging for HTML changes) are noisy. They alert you to every timestamp update or A/B test. Strategic shifts—like a pricing overhaul or a new product category—happen visually.
The Solution
Spectre is a "Smoke Detector for Business Strategy." It visits websites and "looks" at them using Vision-Language Models (VLMs). It ignores noise and only reports meaningful changes: "Competitor X just added a 'Enterprise' tier" or "They removed the 'Beta' label."
